what is the maximum number of guests we can have?
The use of twelve 6ft round tables is included in your hire package - these can comfortably seat 120 guests, plus up to 10 guests on your top table (totalling 130 guests).
We are happy for couples to hire their own trestle/banqueting tables should these be preferred.
For the evening reception, the barn can accommodate a total of 200 guests (including your day guests).
do you require a deposit to confirm a booking?
10% of the hire fee is required to secure your chosen date.
An additional 10% is required 18 months prior to your wedding date.
For weddings booked within 18 months of the wedding date, 20% of the hire fee is required to secure the booking.
The remaining balance (80%) is then due 16 weeks prior to your wedding.
Ceremony and Late License fees will be payable 8 weeks prior, as well as your Beverage/Corkage package.
when do we need to pay for our beverage package?
Your beverage choices and payment are payable 8 weeks prior to your wedding.
do you have on-site accommodation?
We do not. For local options, see accommodation.
can we provide our own catering?
Catering for your wedding can be provided by one of our catering partners.
Couples are permitted to appoint their own catering company, so long as they provide the relevant insurances and certificates at the date of your wedding.
The setup at Naas Court Farm is much like a marquee venue, and the caterer will be required to bring any preparation/service equipment with them to site. Naas Court Farm have no kitchen nor catering equipment, including fridges for cold storage - this must be arranged with your caterer.
The caterer/couple are responsible for providing cutlery and crockery.
Couples and guests are not permitted to provide their own food (e.g. buffet).
Hot beverage service is to be arranged with your chosen caterer if required (recommended). Naas Court Farm serve tea and coffee over the bar on a small scale - we are unable to serve to the table or provide tea and coffee facilities for guests to help themselves to.
can we provide our own drinks?
We offer a full range of competitively-priced beverage which can be tailored to your individual choices and budget.
Naas Court Farm also offer corkage packages - get in touch to request a quote.
Visitors and guests are strictly prohibited from bringing their own beverages onto site, unless pre-arranged and corkage has been paid.
can we provide alcoholic favours for our guests?
Favours up to 50ml, 1 per adult guest are permitted.
what time do you close the bar?
For standard hire, the sale of alcohol and provision of entertainment is permitted until midnight, with guests having vacated the site by 12.30 am.
A late night extension until 01:00 am (with guests having vacated by 01:30 am) is available for an additional £100.
can we book a winter wedding?
At present, Naas Court Farm is available for hire from April through to the end of September.
can I book the venue for a party or special occasion?
Naas Court Farm is available to hire for weddings and wedding receptions only.
do we need wedding insurance?

is there guest wifi at NCF?
Unfortunately, we are not able to provide wifi for your guests.
can we use debit/credit card at the venue?
Yes, we now accept card payments, although given our rural location and questionable internet connection, we recommend guests bring cash, too!
