can we have a civil ceremony at NCF?

what is the maximum number of guests we can have?
The use of twelve 6ft round tables is included in your hire package - these can comfortably seat 120 guests, plus up to 10 guests on your top table (totalling 130 guests).
We are happy for couples to hire their own trestle/banqueting tables should these be preferred.
For the evening reception, the barn can accommodate a total of 200 guests (including your day guests).
do you require a deposit to secure a date?
10% of the hire fee is required to secure your chosen date.
An additional 10% is required 18 months prior to your Wedding date.
For weddings booked within 18 months of the wedding date, 20% of the hire fee is required to secure the booking.
The remaining balance (80%) is then due 16 weeks prior to your wedding.
do you have on-site accommodation?
We do not have accommodation options on-site. For local options, see accommodation.
can we provide our own catering?
Catering for your wedding is to be provided by one of our Catering Partners.
can we provide alcoholic favours for our guests?
Favours up to 50ml, 1 per adult guest are permitted.
what time do you close the bar?
The sale of alcohol and provision of entertainment is permitted until midnight (last orders called at 23:40), with guests having vacated the site by 00:30.
can we book a winter wedding?
At present, Naas Court Farm is available for hire from April through to the end of September.
can I book the venue for a party or special occasion?
At present, Naas Court Farm is available to hire exclusively for Weddings and Wedding Receptions only.
do we need wedding insurance?
We recommend that all of our couples get insurance to protect against the unexpected:

is there wifi at NCF?
Unfortunately, we are not able to provide Wifi for your guests or suppliers.
can we use debit/credit card at the venue?
Yes, we accept card payments, although given our rural location and questionable internet connection, we recommend guests bring cash, too!
