Your dedicated Wedding Coordinator will guide you through every step of your journey, making the planning process seamless and enjoyable. You’ll receive personal support, expert advice, and access to our trusted network of long-standing suppliers.
We’ll assist with every detail - from email correspondence and itinerary preparation to a dedicated planning meeting and liaison with your chosen suppliers. You’ll also receive a bespoke Client Document containing your planning timeline, itinerary, supplier details, table plan, and guest information.
On your wedding day, our team manages everything - front of house and behind the scenes - ensuring your celebration flows effortlessly from start to finish. From your arrival the day before to collection the following day, every detail is taken care of, leaving you free to relax and enjoy every moment.
inclusive hire
Access is available from 09:00 - 16:00 the day before your wedding for setup, décor, and a ceremony run-through. On your wedding day, the venue is yours from 09:00 through to Midnight.
We can accommodate up to 130 guests for your ceremony and wedding breakfast, with up to twelve 6ft round tables (seating up to 10 guests each) plus a banquet-style top table for 10. The evening reception allows for up to 200 guests.

No Corkage on Welcome Reception and Wedding Breakfast.
The East Barn and West Cart Shed house our fully licensed, residential bars. Setup, staffing, and stocking are all included in your venue hire, offering a seamless service throughout your celebrations. Guests can enjoy a curated selection of draught beers, fine wines, bottled drinks, premium spirits and a carefully curated Spritz Menu at competitive prices. Both bars accept cash, card, and contactless payments, and open after your ceremony through to midnight.
Naas Court Farm Wedding Barn is available for weddings from April through to September, offering the perfect setting for spring and summer celebrations. During these months, our gardens are in full bloom, the courtyard is bathed in natural light, and the surrounding countryside provides a stunning backdrop for your day.
